i unfairly got a communication ban

i received a ban after a guy reported me for inappropriate language(I assume) it says i cant get a case review and i know i was in the wrong. i did call him and his friend an a.h. , but i was trying to be civilized by defending my friend and ignoring him
later, although he (the reporter)was being uncivilized. i feel like xbox enforcement is a joke as saying an inappropriate word in a non-harassing way gets me a one day ban, which makes me angry since i can't fight back, and i'll unhelpfully get told to "check
the enforcement rules and services". if anyone has actual help, i'd be forever grateful and know Microsoft isn't a joke. if not, please don't respond, as i don't need to hear about checking rules and services, as i feel it's a waste of time and nobody cares
about the context of my ban.

Xbox Communications ban

I feel my account was unfairly communication banned. I have never been reported before and I’ve got more than a one day ban for a first time offense.

 

Unfairly com band

I recently got com ban unfairly is there any way I can send a email or ticket to undo or search deeper in my ban?

 

Sorry, but it is part of the code of conduct you agreed to. Since it is a 24 hour suspension, there is nothing else you can do but wait it out.

 

I got a ban for telling someone they are **** bcuz they called me a noob and now i got communication ban

 

but the person who antagonized me gets away free? the systems seems flawed, as someone else was told they had to wait a day before their case got reviewed, the guy messaged me after he got me a ban, and somehow i got a ban in less then a few minutes. it
seems like the context was ignored, even though the façade of a website says they check the context. i feel helpless as microsoft doesn't care about their consumers, and i can't do anything to repeal this. this kind of crap is what almost got my brother permanently
banned, because people kept reporting him on baseless accusations. and I understand your doing your job, but please, next time you respond to someone, at least give some helpful advice, even if it's small. and it wasn't in my agreement, they changed their
agreements and i wasn't notified or asked if i accepted the new terms.

 

If you reported him, the enforcement team will investigate him too and take the appropriate action. So they won't get away free. Not all suspensions are issued immediately. In situations like that, it's best to just report them and block communications
with them instead of responding.

 

as long as you say anything bad it goes against you if its 24 hrs you need to wait anything other than that contact enforcement team as see what they can do

If you got banned, you have to deal with it. Serving it is just a way to think things over of what you said and just not do that again. I remember that happening with me years ago, but I learn my lesson to not repeat the mistake.

 

You're right, I realize my mistake was giving multiplayer another chance.

Shame that respectful players are the ones that are being driven away...

 

I think they do need to change the way they look at things in terms of banning pkayers because i got banned for 2 weeks for calling someone a b-word after him “harassing” me. Which i think is unfair because in party chat swearing and name calling is something
that happens no matter what.

 

I'd also like to point out that DIALOGUE in games contains swearing if rated M, MA or R, but players aren't offfended by it. The hypocrisy...

The ratings are only for the games themselves. Anything else on Live has to remain E for everyone. You agreed to that when you signed up.
