I understand it's a one day ban from communications, but I don't understand what I did.

I woke up at 7 A.M. to a message on my phone saying I'd been reported, and banned from communications at 6:08 A.M. I'd been asleep since 10:30. Why get the message so long later? Also, why for communications? I'm only ever in a party with my buddies because
I typically find game chat obnoxious. I've reported people in the past. for viciously. harassing me after winning in Mortal Kombat, because that's. the casual fgc. I want to know why I was banned through an easily abused. system, though, when I've done nothing,
and know several people in the past few days that actually. deserved it got off free because. I shrugged it off. I've sent no offensive messages, said no offensive. things, and certainly no hate speech. I'm ALWAYS in a party. Even when alone. Thanks for reviewing

That's the thing. I've been trying to think about what I could have possibly done in the past and I can think of anything that would have called for this.

 

Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

During a communications suspension the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.
