    I Turned off recurring bill


    So 3 months ago I bought xbox live ultimate for 3 months, as it was on offer, made sure to turn off recurring bill, and 3 months later they've charged me again and I checked if recurring bill turned its self off and even worse it was still off as it gave
    me the option to turn it back on. I've been trying to find a support email or number and haven't had any luck can anyone help me with that (by giving me the email) I need a refund as I can't afford £33 every 3 months especially with no job during lockdown.
