    Hi Guys! Good Morning, i tryed everything a lot of times to recuperate my microsoft account, i always had this account for xbox live and others, i paid for a lot of things and games and for a reason i don't know (Probabily Hacked) i can't not acess my account
    anymore, recently i bought a new xbox, i can not acces my account, thats unbelievable!!! I need HELP, my last option is contact the support, thats why i am here!

    Sorry to hear it. Give phone support a call. So long as you can answer some account specific questions they can give you the email. From there you can change the password for the account.

    You need to use the same email account and the same password to log in at that profile. If you miss any of that info try recuperating the password.
