I try to redeem a code for Xbox live Gold 12M but i can't do it.

I try to do it on the web site and on my xbox one but there is an errore and i don't understand what is it.

Please help me.

Code redeemed on xbox.com not appearing on the xbox one or dl history

Still the same shows unknowns on xbox .com but sdoesnt show up in my queue or anything when I try to redden again says code been used cause I reddened already

so i cant play online because, tpday mi xbox live subscription finished, so i try to reddem a code from my xbox, its not possible because im not sign into xbox live, How would i change y xbox live code if i dont have xbox live? well thats why i want to reddem
my xbox live code!!! then i go to my computer and i press redem code here at this page and guess what there is an error please try later, the i call to xbox and they send me AGAIN to this page cause they are to busy and cant answer my call so how can i reddem
my xbox live???? it doesnt have any logic GOD!! someone help me!!!

also does your account country match the codes country?

like you are trying to reddem a canadian code on an american account

region locked codes wont work accross regions and result in invalid codes

I bought the game age of empire this 2 mai 2020. By the activation 'give a present', i try to download this game, but this download was to long. Now, i can't download this game because the present is activated (no download). What do i do ?

If the Game was reddemed on Your account, you should Have no Problem By Istalling It. Try See "My Games and Apps.

What I think happend was the code I reedem wasn't region locked so because my phone location was set to ja it automatically reddemed in (JMD) Currency so I think what the agent did was refunded that then reddemed it back but this time my account was set to (US)

Am no expert so am guessing here.
