    Yesterday i tried to use my credit card to pay for game pass from Microsoft store but they deducted arround 1.5 usd i dont know why and still cant have it and this message come up on the screen

    "Pl-BannedPaymentInstrument

    W6akOvfvTUqyEXJx.14.26.12.17 2018/01/04 - 18:38:47 UTC" and contact with my bank.

    I talked to the bank, they said i dont have problems in my credit card.

    Help me ... i want pay with my credit card ASAP

    Someone told me because i have xbox360 with the same account, try to change ur location i did it but the problem continues

    I hope some one can helpe, im waiting ...

    I tried redeeming some of my VIP Gems for a reward but it keeps telling me something went wrong & to contact ur support forum for help. Please help me out as I want to use my points. Please restock the rewards in the VIP Vault asap as I really want to get

    Hey, I'm having issues....It keeps telling me that I'm not an Ambassador when I try to view the bank....but it says that I'm signed up. What is going on?

    I went to Twitter xboxt i text to billing

    Guys u r killing me

    Im very dispersed i start to thing no one can help and i wont pay my credit cart ever

    I hate u xbox support I try to pay for game but it keeps telling me contact ur bank :(

    Can't add any payment options to my account.

    No dice. Going in circles. Xbox keeps telling me to contact my bank/Paypal. My bank/Paypal says everything looks a-ok on their end. Not sure what to do at this point.

    What seems to be the problem? When this occurs its mostly cause you dont have money on ur card. Or and sometimes its bad connection. Try again later. If it keeps happening, it might be that ur using and invalid card for the transasction. If you use paypal
    or other payment options, check if the site is supporting that payment option. If you are sure everything is in order, contact support or ur bank.
