I try to open my game and it won’t open

I go on my Xbox one and im trying to play some Forza Horizon 4, i open the game and it says “for some reason
Forza Horizon 4 has taken to long to start, then gives me the error code:
0x8027025a, i restarted my Xbox one S, and i open the same game, and it gives me the same error code, what do i do next?

Hey thanks for bringing this issue to us. A simple way is to clear cache reset. Your console must be on. Press and hold the power button on the console for 10secs. The system will shut off. Wait additional 10secs then turn the console back on. It will
reboot and you should be free to enjoy the games you wish. I hope this was helpful.

Nvm, it’s working again, i did a full shutdown and it worked

Sorry to hear you're unable to see your games—that's odd! Let's have you
power cycle your console once more as well as
removing and re-adding your profile on your Xbox One. The final step would be to reset your router/modem—you will need to unplug the power cable for that, wait 15-20 seconds, then plug it back in.

Please try the steps one at a time to resolve the issue.

Solution 1: Repair the Gaming Services app and the Xbox app.

Please go to Settings > Apps > Apps Features. Select Gaming Services, then click Advanced options. Click the repair button, do the same for the Xbox app, try launching the game again using the Xbox app, and see if it works.

Solution 2: Uninstall and reinstall the Gaming Services App

Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

Restart your device and try to launch the game again and see if it works.

Solution 3:

Please open the PowerShell in admin mode and paste the following below:

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
