I try to login in minecraft but can't

I just migrated my mojang account to microsoft and if i try to login with microsoft account it say Try again in a bit. Not sure what happened there. and can't login.

No I can't it just says something with invalid login or session everytime i try to join a minecraft server.

When i try to login on the Minecraft login website i use login with Microsoft as i always have, but every time i try it says I've tried logging in to many times with the wrong password, and I can't change the password or verify the email since that email has been deleted.
