I try to launch a game and it launches for a second or two and closes out with no error code

It never gave me a code error, just launches the game and then closes the app

Hey there, thanks for your quick response. I just wanted to add a bit more detail to my problem, and respond to the question you asked:

Yeah, it's only ever happened with this game. It tries to load for about 30 seconds to a minute and then displays the error code. Also, it'll only launch once. Like, if I launch the app and get the error code, it wont launch again no matter what I do. I have to fully re-install/verify the files to get it to re-launch.

I'll definitely try out everything on that other page though, thank you for the suggestion.

You may try the following below:

Suggestion One: Sign out of the application and sign back in, do not reinstall then check to see if it works properly from there.

Suggestion Two: Force close the app, restart your device, then launch it again.

Suggestion Three: A combination of steps one and two. Sign out of the application, force close the app, then launch the application again.

Be sure to try one troubleshooting step at a time. If this does not resolve the error, please let me know.

It didn’t last night. When I closed the game myself I was greeted with the error code pop up over the launching game menu still

Also having trouble launching The Texas Chainsaw Massacre on Xbox GamePass for PC. I have also tried all the steps listed above. It seems that when i reinstall the game the normal popup that appears when a game is launched for the first time that has you link the game to your gamepass account is not popping up so after a few seconds the game just fails to load and closes with no error code.
