Discus and support i try to enter my code but it fails all the time in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have bought two one month prepaid codes but both don't work, it might be my xbox but i dought it, also it comes up with this the first time i entered...     battlefield 3 issue

    for playing multiplayer i got my reedem code. but i by misstake censeled all my download. and when i try to enter multilayer and i enter my code it says it already has been entered and i have to enter a different one

    80151103 Error

    When I first start up my XBox 360, I go through the user selection for my account with Live. I enter in my pass code (4-digit), and then it prompts me to sign in with my email and credentials. It always fails with an error code of 80151103 and returns
    me to my console main screen. I then select to log into Live, go through the process again, which then works. Why does it not work the first time, but then the second time, without fail?

    I should add, that the first time through, if I don't put in the correct password, it returns an error saying the password is incorrect, but after correcting, it will still fail with a 80151103 error.

    Go to the Xbox store, look for Fallout Season Pass and once you find it see if it states install or buy. That may indicate whether or not the code you used work. Try to re-enter the code if all else fails (possible wrong character entered).

    I am having a similar issue.. I'm trying to add points and all 3 credit cards I'm entering are failing(System can't find the CVV code). I've tried both my cards and my wife's. There appears to be a problem with the Credit Card verification system.

    Hey there!

    If you enter the access code multiple times and it fails to sign you in, it should ask you to enter your Microsoft Account info where you can sign in and change your pass code :)

    account    . This information is crucial to ensure that your account is well protected and meets the security standars that Microsoft now provides.

    When this information has been added and updated, we can now start focus on the next steps, delete your profile, clear system cache and finally, recover your profile from LIVE.

    How to delete Xbox LIVE profile safely



    1. Go to Settings, and then select System.
    2. Select Storage.
    3. Select All Devices.
    4. Select Gamer Profiles.
    5. Select the gamertag that you want to delete.
    6. Select Delete.
    7. Select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.

    Clear Xbox system cache



    1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
    2. Select Storage or Memory.
    3. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller.
    4. Select Clear System Cache.
    5. Important: Clear your Xbox system cache 3 times in row.

    Restart your console.

    Download Xbox LIVE profile.

    1. Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).
    2. Select Download Profile.
    3. Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
    4. Enter your Microsoft account password.
