    Odd XBL issue

    Console: 360s

    When I turn my xbox on, it signs my account in, but does not connect to XBL. When I click to connect, it says there is a connection issue and to test the connection. I test, and it connects fine...from that point until I turn the console off my connection
    works just fine.

    It does this every time, and I'm not sure why.

    Any ideas?

    Xbox 360 can't connect to xbox live and freezes when using xbox guide.

    I have recently been having troubles with my xbox 360 when i turn it on it takes 2-3 minutes to load the dashboard and it does not connect to live. When I try to sign into live it says cannot connect. I use to be able to connect but now i can not. It freezes
    when i use the xbox guide i tryed redownloading my profile, restarting my router, cleaning my cache. any suggestions?

    Also, when turning on my xbox, the tv does not detect the xbox (i've tried multiple tv's) and the xbox does not detect my controllers as well even when connecting them with a usb cable, after about 5 minutes the xbox turns off by itself and when trying to connect to the xbox using remote play it says console off. Also, it does not let me turn off the xbox.. For some reason i have to unplug it.

    The button doesnt click. I used this cord to connect my controller before but now my controllers broken so i had to try my sisters. When i connect that controller it does turn on but stays connected to her xbox.

    do you have an xbox also? if so try if it connects there. does the controller turn on? otherwise I would suggest to contact support at support.xbox.com

    Are you using wireless of wired connection? If you're using wireless with the the old version of the xbox 360(the one that doesn't come with a built in wireless adapter) try unplugging the adapter, turning off the xbox, plugging the adapter back in, then
    turning on the xbox. If that does not work try connecting your sons xbox directly to the modem using an ethernet cable and see if you can connect.
