Im having problems buying a dlc... I have the money and everything set to adult on my account and it still wont let me buy...     I try to buy a dlc on the xbox one and it says "premium content is blocked for this profile"


    Just like in the title... Im having problems buying a dlc... I have the money and everything set to adult on my account and it still wont let me buy it.. HELP!!!

    Can't buy Black Ops 2 DLC

    I'm trying to buy Black Ops 2 DLC on Xbox One. When I try to buy it, it says "You can't buy this on Xbox.com. Buy it on your Xbox." And I'm on my Xbox. Then I try to buy it from inside the game and it says premium content is blocked.

    My left 4 dead 2 dlc isn't working.

    You bought the dlc's for L4D2 backwards compat? How? When ever I try to download them xbox live stops me by saying that "premium content is blocked for this profile." Although my age limit is set to unrestricted and my account is an adult account.
