Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums! I understand that not being able to use your console can be frustrating but, I will be happy to assist you today with this. Just to clarify, have you tried to Unplug the console for 2 minutes then plug it back in,
afterwards wait 30 seconds before turning it back on? If not I would suggest trying that out. I would also recommend trying this support article for

Hello again, Have you tried some kind of reset on the console, whether it's keeping games and apps or deleting everything, you've tried some kind of reset on the console, whether it's keeping games and Apps or deleting everything, if you haven't tried it, follow the procedures below.

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

Everytime you reset the Xbox you keep your games and apps, right?

After resetting my Xbox while keeping my app and games (not factory resetting), everything works again.

Xbox can do 2 types of reset, one which keeps games and apps and one that is the classic factory reset which deletes everything.
