I tried to refund the game within 14 days and they denied what should I do?

If your refund has been denied, please reply to the email you received informing you of the refund rejection. In your response, explain in detail the reasons why they should reconsider their decision and why you believe they should accept it. This is the only way to appeal the rejection and to get back in touch with the team that originally handled your refund request.

In case you haven't received any email informing you of the refund rejection after 24 hours, even after checking your spam/junk email folder, then I recommend reapplying for the refund using this alternative link:

If your refund is denied again this time, you should now receive an email informing you of the denial, as this is the only way they have to communicate this information when the refund is requested through that link. When you receive the email, respond to it as I mentioned before.

You wouldn't be guaranteed a refund. Per the refund policy, the game is eligible for a refund if you submit a request within 14 days of purchase and with very little play time. If they consider playing the beta a considerable amount of playtime, they can deny the refund.

You can try replying to the email you received denying the refund to contact the refund specialists, but in order to be eligible for a refund, the game would have had to be purchased within the past 14 days and played less than 2 hours. So it's well outside the refund period.

Best your option is what RandyAU93 sugessted with request a refund for the subscription.

What exactly where the things your son purchased that you where asking a refund for it? If it was a ingame currency like v-bucks in fortnite they are never able to be refunded. If it was a game itself it should be qualify if the purchase happend within
the last 14 days AND the game was not been played for 2 hours. You could answer to your mail you got from the support team and ask them why it was denied also. Hope that helps.
