I tried to purchase XBox Game Pass Beta PC. Got charged twice and still no game access

tell xbox support they refund one of them or try to you dont need to be charged twice it might been a glitch it didnt think you was charged once so it charged you again im sorry about that

A $1 charge is a test to make sure your credit card works. It's very common when you're making a payment online and the money will normally be returned to you after a few days. The reason the payment is probably not working for you is you're filling in
false information/trying to pay with a payment method that doesn't match the region on your account/IP address but you should get these two $1 charges back after a few days at most.

Yes I'm using the same account on my console and my PC.

I just recently got my PC and this was the first time I was trying to use game pass on it. I'm subscribed to ultimate on my Xbox and was charged on 2/8/2022. When I tried to access game pass on my PC, it said I need to join Ultimate again so I did and now I see another charge on 2/28/2022. 17.84$ CAD everytime. Is Game Pass Ultimate on Xbox and Game Pass Ultimate on PC different?

I was first charged on April 18 when I first tried to pay for my due monthly subscription. It got charged on my bank but it was not updated as paid on Microsoft. Then I check again later to see they deducted it automatically but it was not confirmed as paid, that's the second charge.

Now before this reply, I tried to risk a third deduction by paying it through the Microsoft site, it got "paid" but it didn't get deducted on my account. Now it shows next payment on May 13 as it should, but I'm still double charged for April.

If both transactions are not showing up under your Order History, it may be possible that the charges came from a different Microsoft account.

Please check your other Xbox email accounts' order history. Also, check the accounts' Order History of your family members or friends who might have been using your Xbox console or Windows PC frequently at your home. It might be possible that your payment card is linked to their accounts.
