    I tried to download High On Life but a frowny face shows up, why?


    I was installing High On Life on gamepass when I stepped away for a bit to make food and I come back to my PC restarted. When I launch the Xbox app for PC again the install isn't there, and when I go to the game's page it shows a frowny face over the install button, how do I fix?

    Any one else think Kinect-captured facial expressions are awesome?

    Can only imagine the frowny faces the kinect will pick up when year 2 Xbox one only games are nothing but "Heat Vision Jumping Jacks" and "Wave your hands around like an idiot 1080p."

    I have tried doing everything that has been a "Quote" on "Quote" fix for the solution and I am still getting the frowny faces a long with nothing wanting to load or show! Yes I have updated everything and restart my pc and internet yet to no avail my app on pc will not load and it honestly started right after getting the subscription?

    Its nice all your games a $10, but whats the point of the pass if you cant even play anything on it?

    1. I tried from both, I faced same issue from both sources.
    2. No, I even tried download other games from Xbox app, they were getting downloaded with full speed. This issue only with Horizon 5.
    3. I only have Windows Security.
