    Hacked

    I've just logged on to my home computer, and logged into Microsoft Games (as per the account my computer guy set up), only to have the system tell me my ID is not me - but someone else - and that someone is the name that appears on the top of this post.
    . . not me!!

    I'm at my wits end, because they also have my password correct.

    I tried to discuss this yesterday with someone from Microsoft, and they basically told me I was not the authorised account holder.

    I'm not happy - definitely not, because that means that ALL my Microsoft accounts are visible to someone else.

    What should I do??

    Someone did a license transfer on my account....

    I'm not exactly sure what that means though. Someone logged into my account, and did a license transfer and keeps going onto my account. I tried changing my password but he's still logging onto it somehow. Can someone help me get him off?

    Have you tried hooking your console up at someone elses home?

    I have a ton of issues but the console logged in with my account works , makes me believe the router is blocking something.

    It may be a bit Farfetch'd.. But. Have you tried changing your password? You can get disconnected if someone else logs in to your account.

    Thanks, but again it asks me to log in and when I do it tells me that it looks like someone else has been trying to access this account. I can't log in at all, it continually gives me the endless loop of verifying the account (which is impossible at this
