    Xbox-Live code 12 months doesn't work

    My Xbox-Live code for 12 months doesn't work. The Xbox says: 'Something went wrong on our part. It may help if you wait a while.' I've tried three days, but it doesn't work. What can I do?

    ive tried entering this code on my xbox one and it just keeps saying an error has accured. its a 12 month live membership

    Hi, were you entering the code on the Xbox? I had a small problem where my 12 Months Live Gold code didn’t work when I tried to redeem it on the Xbox. I had to enter it online.

    Yeah I'm getting the same message when I tried entering a prepaid code for an Xbox Live gold 12 month subscription.

    That doesn't make sense. If the code is for 12, it should be 12 for just Live; not 4 months for everything. Even if I entered the code a little before the other sub runs out, it should automatically go to what I paid for.
