    May I know what specific game pass perks are you referring to? Claimed and redeemed Perks remain yours, including third-party Perks and in-game Perks for Game Pass games. If your only access to a game with an in-game Perk was through Ultimate, you’ll need another way to access it. Once your Ultimate subscription expires, you won’t see new Perks, or Perks you’ve claimed in the Perks gallery, so make sure redeem them first.     You may not be able to claim the perks from your location as in my experience, staying in an unsupported region might work with getting subscriptions through gift cards but it doesn't work when trying to claim region specific perks. Install the Xbox Game Pass app on an android device, sign into the account that has the subscription and try to claim the perks from there.

    You can claim the perks by logging in on Xbox beta app on windows 10, the game pass app on mobile device or log in on your xbox one console, and find the perks on there and claim them. Each perk gives instructions on how to claim.

    Same issue. I got game pass ultimate just for the pso2 perk. First the perk never showed up for pso2. Checking daily it finally showed. I claimed it. Went in game ans nothing. I contacted pso2 support amd they guided me to their website. Its a free game
    however, i have spent money. I understand when things are new and have problems but clearly there is something wrong and nobody knows the answer. The perk says i have till april 16th. But to do what? Ive claimed it and its not showing in game. I got someone
