Well, there's no specific turn around time when are they going to completely review your request. It would depend probably to the volume of requests they're receiving. It's either you wait for few more hours or days or try to change it again to something else.

If you have successfully uploaded your new custom gamerpic, it would take a while to reflect online since they're going to review it first. You don't really get a notification if it's been approved or not. One thing for sure, if it’s not approved, the image will be reverted to the last gamerpic or avatar you were using.

My suggestion here is try a different gamerpic and wait until it's approved.

yes, I tried every possible way of changing it, even my friend said it was usually changes instant for him, but still hasn't changed yet, the gamerpic is more than appropriate to use. Like i said it was working just fine 3 days ago.

It happened to me a few days ago I tried to change my gamerpic but then they put a base picture on me since they had problems uploading my photo it lasted 2 days so until it finally changed.
