I Took the risk of buying a Xbox one s that wasn't describes has he said.

So like the tile said i brought a Xbox one s from a jerk on offerup he totally lied about everything. So i know i could've saved up about 50-100 got a Xbox one from a retail store but being dumb and wanted to save money i decided to try Criagslist, letgo,
offerup, etc to find one that was a big stupid mistakes I made trusting someone. So i brought a Xbox one s for 200 i asked how long has it been used he said for 6 months i asked him question about the Xbox one seems to me he wss telling the truth so I inspect
the Xbox to see if anything was wrong look good to me. Boy i was wrong when I got plugged it the fan was loud not that loud but good enough that I think it's not normal and it doesn't read disc it came with about 12 games download half i can and can't play
it's a 1tb. So i made a dumb decision on trusting some everybody makes mistakes I made one and lost out on 200 so what do you guys think I should put more money into to get fix or keep it as is it works fine just a lound fan and can't play disc games.

It's true what has been mentioned about people buying this for the Battlefield 4 beta, my son asked me if I was getting this, I said I very much doubt it, he then said but you get access to the beta! so he wasn't even interested in MOH ..



For me I just can't get any interest in this, not just this game either, same for Black Ops 2, we've seen them time and time again, hopefully I'm wrong and the developers have took a few risks, my guess is though they will more or less just give us the same
again knowing that the name alone will help the sales.

Im buying an Xbox one S for my son as his 360 has finally worn out and alot of his friends have the original xbox one consoles so my question is, will he be able to chat via xbox live from the newer xbox one S consoles to older xbox
one consoles????

first off, those 12 games he owns as you can't transfer digial licences. At some point I bet he gets another Xbox and changes his password, then you'll have no games. It all depends if you can live without disks playing, your missing out on 4k Blu-ray though.

 

This is a huge risk when buying used items off of Craigslist, OfferUp, LetGo, and etc. Try your best in pressing for a refund from the seller. If he refuses to keep in contact, use OfferUp's report system against that guy for selling you a defective item
(so they'll at least ban his account).

Those 12 digital games are likely tied to his gamertag. If he changes the password to his account, you will lose access to those games, so it will be a matter of time.

Should`ve spent that little bit more and bought a new console.

Just not worth the hassle of buying second hand.

 

sell it with an accurate description, list all faults, make as much back on it as possible and then buy new, someone will buy it but you will lose a bit on it.
