    I don't think it was a good idea how Microsoft changed their way of doing support. I prefer to call and to be routed to the support specialist that I need even if it means that I would have to be on hold. I know Microsoft wants to eliminate that but there
    are people that don't mind being put on hold. I don't think setting up a callback is very good customer service. I think it would be nice to have it back the old way.

    You should call support and verify the information for the correct WLID you have with the account in question.

    Then you can go about getting the password back for that email.

  6. Honestly if the correct issue is described using the support website you should already be getting the correct specialist on a call back. I think the bigger issue is how much of support is being off loaded to the forums, twitter, and ambassadors at this
    point. I can hardly find an issue where they still let you ask for a call back at this point.

    Honestly if the correct issue is described using the support website you should already be getting the correct specialist on a call back. I think the bigger issue is how much of support is being off loaded to the forums, twitter, and ambassadors at this

    Hacked Please Help!

    I'd suggest getting a call back from Support.

    https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

    When you go to that support page, select "contact us", choose "Subscriptions & billing", and then select "I don't recognize a charge."

    After you select that, you should see the option to get a call back under the other options.

    Keep in mind of the Phone Support is from 8am - 4:30pm PT.

    Also I would like to mention that when I called Xbox Live Customer Support they said "We are the middle man, our records only go back two years, you should post on the forums to get this straightened out."
