I think this needs to be fixed and I also have and Idea - Please Vote

That's a good thing though Davey. You don't want people voting against ideas just because it doesn't suit them. You have to think about it, even idea's You have voted on would get negative votes, you get selfish people that would see an idea and think...
"I'd never use that, I'll give it a down vote just because I can".

http://feedback.xbox.com and first search if someone else already had a similar idea, and vote for that (as ideas with more votes are more likely to be done than the same idea split across multiple suggestions with only a few votes each).

I think its a great idea. In the meantime I suggest reporting all these players (which you seem to have been doing). If this gets to the voting phase at the Idea Drive I would for sure vote and support it.
