I think there is something wrong with my Forza Horizon 4 saved data

HI!

I played Forza Horizon 4 normally before 2nd October，but after installing the upgrade 1，i cant play it anymore.it is loading all first，just like the picture is

and
then the game crashed without any warnings.

I have tried many methods to solve this problem,like uninstall it and download it again,turn on some services in services.msc,but no use.Then i think maybe my save data is error,so
i registered a new Xbox Live account and played game with this account i, everything is fine again.but when i Switching my own account，the game crashed again，it makes me feel so sad.So i think maybe there is something wrong with my cloud data in Xbox live.

Could you tell me what i can do to fix my saved data? I really don't want to lose it(i have played for lots of hours),please

by the away,I am very sorry for my bad English.the customer service staff in my country is on a vacation,they wont back until 8th October.But i really love this game,could you give me some advice?

i cant sign into my xbox one s getting this (0x80a4001a)

i still have all my progress in forza horizon 4 after trying this i checked if it was saved before by going on my games and apps then i pressed more options on forza horizon 4 and selected Manage game and add-ons and scrolled down to the Saved data tab
and it says there is 10 MB of reserved space for forza horizon 4.not sure if this is the correctway to chech or if that tells me it is saved but it worled for me. hope this helps.

Saved Data Won't Load

My Forza Horizon 3 saved data won't load. I tried hard reseting my xbox and uninstall reinstall the game and still not loading my saved data. I chatted with support about this and gave me some trouble shooting steps but did not help.

Hey!

If another profile is able to play the game without trouble you should try
Removing and Reinstalling your Profile from the console.

Some games have the profile data online I think forza horizon is one of the games that saves online (syncing data is important for this reason). What error do you get when you try to reinstall the game in question?. There is also a forum page for Forza Horizon
4 as well.

Please note game pass games require a net connection to play.

I have played Forza Horizon 4 on PC and Xbox and my save data is the same.

When you started the PC version did it ask you to download your Cloud Save?

I found that I can't sync, get my old data back. But, I found a way to get the forza horizon 4 in my second account! In Microsoft store it says that I can play forza horizon 4,or buy to my own. Does this mean that I have to buy the game? I think no.
