I think the last preview broke 360 online.

The controllers are junk. I think they will get better with time. My day one controller broke the first night I had it. My 2nd controller had a wonky bumper. I never had an issue with any of my 360 controllers. My original white 360 controller lasted
for years.

The last update (The one before this one) broke my xbox 360 that I'd had from 2006 or so.... I got lucky and was given a new one as a Christmas gift (Ack, around 2 months without being able to play games). I'm hoping it'll last as long as my old one....Or
even longer.

I'm getting tired of everyone thinking I should be made of money to buy new game consoles and HD TV's and everything. I'm not, I can't, and I'll be very broke if I did....

I just found my NBA 2K14 game and its broken, I think my little girl broke it. I was wondering if I buy it online will I have to redownload again or will I be able to play it right away? Because with the 360 you'd have to reinstall it.

That game had an update around October of last year I think that broke the game essentially. I know there have been some fixes, but I think it was removed from the marketplace due to that.

If you believe the preview program / update broke your console and you talked to technical support via phone, online chat and they believe it as well the preview programs terms and conditions state that if the console broke down and the cause was the preview
update then they will repair the console free of charge.

So it's best to contact the customer support and see what they can do.
