    I think the investigation team is lacking... suspended a great kid because a bad kid got beat


    My son was suspended for 24 hrs because some other kid challenged him and got beat! Really I pay for the console and monthly subscription for that?! He has a PERFECT record ....not much of an investigation! And can't even talk to anyone to find out exactly
    why my paid services are suspended...

    I was referred here to you. My account is . yesterday in a madden game some kid was berating me the whole game. So when i beat him i sent him a bad message and now my account is suspended and i think unfairly especially because this is my first

    I got suspended for 1 week because kids think its funny when you post game content in a clubs activity feed to report then for no reason

    For information about his suspension, you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     Since the suspension is only for 24 hours it is not eligible for a review (which would take longer than the suspension). The enforcement team does investigate each complaint before issuing suspensions and would only do so if
    they discovered something that violated the code of conduct/terms of service.

    Xbox Enforcement has gotten out of hand.

    I don't think that it would be the message that has got the enforcement team to suspend the account, probably the kid abusing the report function that has done it.

    There is a real problem with there banning system. I have a great rep. And I just got banned because some kid tk'd me cause I picked a character he wanted. Kids like that need to be banded from public lobby and put into bad sports lobby. Not penilize there
