Discus and support I think the Avatar App is broken. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I'm trying to download some of the free outfits on the Xbox but I can't, it starts to load the purchase and then it does just that, loads... for all...     I think the Avatar App is broken.


    I'm trying to download some of the free outfits on the Xbox but I can't, it starts to load the purchase and then it does just that, loads... for all eternity. I would try using the Xbox website but it's slow as when loading up the Avatar store, is this all
    in preparation for the new Avatar look or is this an ongoing problem?

    I need help ... I change avatar clothes and I keep it and I get the clothes I already had

    If its in the the new avatar app they just released most times you need to hit Y to save and apply clothing that youve changed too. I dont think this is an xbox or hard reset thing i think its purely apply and save clothing in avatar app.

    Xbox App PC (Game pass Beta) Suggestions

    I think the Xbox beta app is doing pretty good. The one thing I would like to see is that all the Xbox apps get consoladiated into one app. There's Xbox beta, Xbox Companion, Xbox Accessories, Xbox Avatar and Xbox Original Avatar. We just need one app
    to do it all I think.

    yes, I think to. Never was able to get to 3rd level something.

    On my Xbox 360 I can edit as I want, also the classic avatar app on Xbox One pics up that edited classic avatar.

    But on my profile I have an ols version of that avatar, and no way to get Xbox One avatar app to load anything.

    Yes, some users experienced the same over last few years, no solution I think.

    You can still use your 360 avatar on the xbox one, and both with be available once youve created a new one. You can do it from the avatar app in customization i think
