    Hi Hulk,

    Thanks for the update with the issue of the games. As you download AAA rated games and they work fine. It is most likely the connection to the server. For some reason when you are connecting to the server of the two games it is causing all this. This could
    be NAT, even if it says open on console, when you connect to the game server it can change within the game server. Try rebooting your network hardware then try the game.

    Thank you very much , I also play metro exodus but it has more good gameplay as against playing football games . and while playing pes with this issue , I pause and go on match and then good playing : )

    Could be an issue with your internet provider. If you're located in South/Eastern Ontario (Canada) there has been a lot of interference lately.

    Hello. This games have a low graphics . Its not metro exodus or other game more graphic. Try to check your hard drive . A bad hard drive may be the cause of your problem

    Thanks , I am from Turkey andI had this problem even though I disconnected the cable from the console, I gave it to Microsoft service on Turkey
