I think someone has hacked my account

i signed in on xboxlive today and it said last signed in else where i haven't shared any of my information to anyone and all my friends were gone my game saves were deleted my gamertag is PlayerMade T i got on my email recent activity and it said it was
some where in texas and i live in wisconsin please help

HELP!!!! Someone obviously hacked my account, so exactly what do I do now. Who or where do I report this too. I cannot log in and I know someone hacked it because most of my spendable points are gone. I had over 3000 points and now there are 30 points left.
I just paid for my next year last month like 60 bucks for gold and now it is useless.

This is a pretty sensitive case. I believe it would be better if you talk to support securely. Please contact Xbox LIVE official support via the phone. Explain the situation, and they'll let you know what your options are. I would also suggest trying to
change your password if you can recover the account.

Sure does seem like someone got in there! Couple things I'd get on pronto!

1. If you had any Bank information associated with your account, contact your bank immediately and get some hold placed or have the card closed!

2. Start re-securing your account. Visit your
account and change your password, also i'd change my email as well because it may have been compromised as well!

3. Once you have full control back add in some extra security measures! Click

4. Check to make sure the intruder didn't damage your account standing (got you banned) Click HERE and run a console check.

After all is said and done, if you still regain your account and your credit card or banking wasn't stolen, then i'd start looking into maybe adding my friends back getting your downloads going again and trying to get back to normal!

If you think you may of been hacked, You will need to take immediate action. Try calling Mircosoft about it and they will probably do something about it go here to arrange a call with them support.xbox.com/contact-us Now you need to Update your Security,
Put a Passcode lock on your account and make it something like X,Y,X,RB or something that is`nt like RT,LT,RT,LT because thats to obvious. Go to your account on your computer and Update your Password to something Completely Different. Try Changing your Password
every 6 Weeks/Months to ensure it does not get hacked again.

Before he starts making Purchases and uses your Gold, Cancel your Member Ship and Remove your Cards off your account if he starts buying stuff.
