    I think my Xbox One was being hacked.


    I registered my Xbox One a while ago, and it was registered with a different account when I last checked it, a kinect sensor was registered too. I dont have one??? my console was lagging , games I payed for being buggy not to mention all the gold subscriptions
    I payed for. Weird stuff like racist poping up on my text prediction, if anyones racist its you ya freak, im gonna get Microsoft to track you. Sicko. My kids do be on this. Its a serious crime.

    @ OP - ensure your WLID account tied to your gamertag does not have any additional alternative e-mail addresses associated with it that you do not recognize; change your passwords, secret passphrases, 'trusted' PCs and/or SMS authenticators.

    Open a UA (Unauthorized Access) ticket with XBOX Phone Support. Sit and wait.

    If you have had unauthorized credit card charges if you have a credit card linked to your account, contact your bank and dispute the charges regardless of Microsoft's own investigation.
