I think my Xbox Live account has been hacked and not sure what to do about it..

Over the last 2 days I've had messages pop up through my smartglass app from people I have never come across before, and it appears that they're answering question that I've apparently asked them, but as i said I've never met these people online or
offline. I've also noticed that I've been unlocking achievements on world of tanks over the last 3 days and even though i have downloaded that game i haven't played on it before. The same has happened with minecraft only I have never downloaded that game.
I'm starting to think I might have been hacked.

I've spoken to xbox on the support chat and they said to make a post in here. Can anybody help me to understand what's going on with my account

HACKED!!!!!

so my live account and my xbox live account and a few other accounts has been hacked and now my xbox live account been hacked and now it says im not allowed to play xbox live and my gold membership doesnt exspires till 2-10-13 so what do i do? please help
i got everything else back to normal but my xbox live account i've tried everything i could think of so please help me

LOCKED: console banned

my console got banned yesterday not sure what for although i do know my account has been hacked by one person a few times recently, what can i do about this?

What you would need to do is call Phone Support and request they conduct an 'Unauthorized Access Investigation'. They will block your account for the duration of the investigation and follow up with you once they reach a conclusion. It's worth noting that
if your console was breached via your own console or due to someone knowing your password, then this wont be classed as unauthorized access as your account security is your own responsibility. With that being said, it may be in your best interest to check
