I think my Xbox is toast

Hello, I have a four-year-old Xbox One S and as of late, my console has been very slow to start up some times it gets stuck on the powerup and other times mid-game to the point where I have to unplug and replug my system. I have done a complete factory reset and nothing has changed. my console is neither hot nor making weird sounds it just freezes and nothing can be done but unplugging and replugging. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have two external Harddrives connected to it with nothing downloaded on the internal

sounds like the internal hdd is giving up the ghost, i would put it down to mechanical failure as hdd's can either last 30 years or 1 year. when they start to fail you will get freezing, boot issues etc.

invest for anything but a xbox. Ive had the same problems too. mc is full of (Mod Removed)

but the OS and system files run on the internal drive. and even some of the installed games have cached files on there, plus all local saves are on the internal drive.
