I think my Xbox is having a bad time

So, my xbox has been running kinda slow since that last preview update, and now i cant do anything but turn it on, if i go to my games and apps it freezes, go to a game, it felreezes, go to settings, it freezes, use the kinect, freezes, try to turn it off
with controller, u guessed correctly, it freezes, now im literally just wanting to know if u can get me help, i tried a chat with ur new auto thing, then tried a chat with a support advisor, well he responded, asked how my day was, then just left me in the
chat, if u can help thanks

I think my controller is bad

Any headset I use on my controller wont work, but I have a Halo limited edition console and controller. Can I use any x box one controller or do you have a fix. I have even tried to go to the audio setting, but I don't have that option in my settings.

It could be possible that your controller needs an update. Go to settings then all settings and then accessories and go to your controller and see if there is an update available.

Any Xbox One controller will work.

Sadly this sort of stuff is to be expected with Preview updates as they are prone to being buggy. There is not much else you can do except leave the program.
