    So this is bad. My direct messages to other Xbox users keep coming back even after deleting it. I think my profile caught a virus. There might be a virus in the system. Like seriously, what is going on here?

    Yes, these are server side issues, bugs as others have states, not malware or a virus.

    You don’t know what a virus is. It is not a virus. For one thing, computer viruses aren’t really a thing anymore as opposed to other forms of malicious code.

    Malware takes many forms , and none of them affects your Xbox profile, or your game console.
