i think my banned wasn't fair

well Friday i gat on and saw that i gat communication banned so i went in my email to check what it was and there was no email so i filed a a form thing to at leats get it shorter, so i was looking at my post history and saw gun names so i assumed that's
why i gat banned turns out today i find out it was because i did some type of give away. I dont know what to because its for 2 weeks and the worst part about it is that the guy who reported me was the guy who scammed me on fallout. i dont know what to do if
any one can help it would be great i have gone to xbox support and they told me they cant do anything so if anyone can really help me out that would be great.

ik thats what they told me but when i filed a case review they didnt even make it shorter and idk what to do

Thanks for keeping us updated. The only option at this point is to wait for the enforcement team's decision. You can keep track of that by using the Xbox Enforcement website. It explains

how to track your case review. The decisions are made and upheld by the Xbox Enforcement team. Since this is the only answer, we will be locking this thread. If you require assistance with any other issues, please create a new thread. Thank you again

Thank you very much for bringing this issue to our attention. We're sorry to hear about the account suspension. The moderators, ambassadors and volunteer moderators do not have the ability to manage enforcement actions on an account.
If the suspension is longer than 24 hours, we recommend to appeal the decision made by the enforcement team. This can be done by submitting a
case review. The decisions are made and upheld by the enforcement team. We hope this helps

I think I had my fair share of rep worries but ultimately it wasn't that big of a deal. I think you should be okay.
