I think my Ambassador account is bugged.

Hello My ambassabank has been telling me "Hhhmm, that's weird. I can't seem to find your chat session, or your session is 'having a moment'. Please refresh Ambassabank and try again. SORRY!" everytime for the past 3 days. I was suspended a while ago
(4-5 months ago) for 2 weeks and then I went back in and it says I'm all good and an ambassador but on Enforcement United it says I'm not and hasn't let me answer any questions since, I just really want to help and get back in the program. Please if anyone
can help me or has had this problem please tell me how to fix it.

unable to fulfill xbox one prize fulfillment form

I think my live.ca account is bugged I couldn't send to my brother in law either from my backup but oddly it works on some emails maybe my email account is restricted for some odd reason

You'll first want to check if your account is still under any more active suspensions. Log on to
http://enforcement.xbox.com and check your Enforcement history.

If your suspension is indeed finished, one known way to help restore your account is to try these steps in this order:

Remove your account from the Xbox.

Perform a power cycle.

Add your account back onto your Xbox again

I think the issue may lie with the fact that he was suspended a while back. I have let Zak TwoPunch know what's going on so he can look into what's going on.

They have been having bug issues with the XP. I have talked to the account user xboxambassador one of the lead ambassadors for xbox live and he has stated that the bug was created after the new site came for the ambassadors. They are still working to fix
this. Once the bug has been removed your XP will rise along with the amount of people you helped.

I had the same problem I had to wait a while before it recognised my ambassador status. I logged out then logged back in it seemed to work. I think the enforcer still has a few bugs that need to be worked out. keep trying

If you feel like it's a bug in the Ambassador program, then it might be worth reporting it via the "Report a bug" link at the bottom of the page on the Ambassador dashboard.
