I think my account was hacked and now I can't sign in to my own account or xbox live

I believe my microsoft account or my Xbox live was hacked. My gamertag is KiNGxWiZ4RD and i couldn't sign into my account because it kept telling me that my account [Mod Removed] didn't exist and instead i was repeatedly prompted to sign in to [Mod Removed]
which i do not recognize at all. So i created a new microsoft account using my same account name ([Mod Removed]) but it gave me a new gamertag and now i don't have access to my xbox live subscription or my own gamertag that i've had my whole life. On top of
that, my credit card is linked to my old account and i really don't want someone out there having access to all my stuff.

Email hacked want account back help!!!

My email was hacked a little bit ago and the password was changed so now I can't sign into my account anywhere other then Xbox where it auto signs in. I there any way i can or Xbox support can change the email associated with the account so I can sign
in to it in other places and not worry about someone using my account? Ive tried to change my email but I need the password to the email was hacked Any help would be awesome!!

 

Kinect only signs me in, not my girlfriend (I technically own both accounts)

I have two Xbox Live Gold accounts. One is mine, and I made another for my girlfriend. I now have an Xbox One and now she can't sign-in via Kinect because it thinks I own both accounts (which is technically true). How do I make it recognize her (and not
me) on the secondary account? Also, my first name appears in relation to both accounts and I'm not sure why or how to change that?
