I think my account is broken...

I've been directed to here from XBox support, I've been experiencing a number of issues with my xbox account. The first recurring issue is that it would appear that some of my games additional features (such as preorder bonus or collectors edition content)
are not accessible, despite the fact that they are downloaded and installed.

For example, I purchased the collectors edition for halo wars 2. it installed everything but could not be accessed in game. additionally when i checked the store it said that i owned the base game but when i looked at the collectors edition it allowed for
me to purchase it as if i didn't own it. I ran into a similar issue with Mass Effect Andromeda where despite ordering and installing the collectors edition of the game I didn't have access to the additional content. I spoke with EA directly and then I spoke
with Xbox support over the phone, who directed me here. In that situation it eventually resolved itself when I attempted to access the content on my other Xbox (the home designated xbox).

There has been another symptom which may or may not be related but I'm currently experiencing. I own 3 xbox's. About 3 months ago one of them started to act up. It wouldn't play anything, no apps no games, i would select something, it would make the ding,
but nothing would load. The only thing that fixed it was a factory reset of the system, erasing all the games and settings.

About a month ago my second Xbox (in a different house) did the same thing. That time I only reset the settings and profiles, leaving all of the installed games. which seemed to do the trick.

Today my third Xbox, the Xbox one S, has started to display these same symptoms.

I'm hoping we can fix whatever is causing these issues. Thank you

Also for the sonic game please try re-downloading it to see if that stops the get full version error your seeing.

It sounds like you may be having an issue with your Xbox One console's wireless connection. To check, if you connect via a USB cable do you still disconnect from Xbox Live?

In regards to Halo Wars 2, could you post back which specific content you're missing? Not all content can be installed right away as some content has yet to release.

For the 3rd Xbox One that you mentioned, have you tried a Factory Restore while keeping all games and apps? We can't guarantee you won't run into a scenario where that step won't need to be done, but selecting 'Reset and keep my games & apps'
is a fairly painless troubleshooting step to try.

Hi! My name is Pam. I'm an Independent Advisor and I'll be glad to help you today.

Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in. Press and hold the SYNC button and the EJECT button, and then press the Xbox button on the console. Continue holding the SYNC and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the SYNC and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone. The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

Once you see it, please select reset then keep games and apps. No worries, no games will be removed, just sign back in using the right account.

Don't worry your 7-year tuner is still their. It will only show once you go gold again and will increase once you go gold. For the Xbox Live connection issue can you please give more information.

Please test your Xbox Live connection to ensure your getting best results and clear system cache 3-times to ensure all un-needed file are removed. If a error code or any Alert pops up please put that in the post with the extra information reply.
