    I think my account has been hacked - what do I do?


    Hi

    I have just been made aware (when I tried to withdraw money from my bank account and there was none left) that since 1st June a ridiculous amount of charges have been submitted to PayPal from the Microsoft Store for FIFA points - none of which we have and
    costing approx £500.

    I have spoken to PayPal and opened a case with them but I need to verify with Microsoft that these are not valid transactions and I am not certain who to contact - the number that PayPal gave me did not work.

    I have to get this money back as soon as possible so would really appreciate advice.

    You want to ask for an unauthorised access investigation to be opened when you phone support. While that's being done take some time to review passwords that you've used for various accounts.

    Phone support ASAP man. They will need to do an investigation. Why are you reading this? Phone, and cancel your payment option with your provider. Go! Good luck man. Change your EA account password to be different from your WLiD also. Alot of rumours
    that EA may have been compromised recently.
