    Is there any way to view my enforcement history ASIDE FROM the enforcement.xbox.com site?

    what specific game were you playing when it came up, if no enforcement showing then there aint none, but enforcement can be done per game too. by the devs.

    Send a message to the game Devs. It's a game issue not a Microsoft, LIVE or Xbox issue. You'll want to bring this up with the GOW 3 devs and see what they say.

    You are doing the right thing by reporting accounts but really that's on the dev side and not XBOX Live. I would make sure you put up a message on the official forums for the game or their social. If there is reporting available through the devs do that
    as well.

    those game are not available for windows via microsoft, this is because the devs/publisher of those games have opted to put them on steam, gog, epic store etc etc, it would be up to the devs/publisher to allow this and microsoft have no say in this matter.

    Destiny will see the new SDK microsoft aint pushing the new SDK they already said if the devs want it then it is there. For me i aint bothered aslong as the devs don't be lazy and the story is good. the new COD uses a new engine so will hopefully use the
