    I think ive lost my old account


    i used to have an account that i had ALL my info on. My gamer score was great and i had bought pleanty of stuff on my xbox. How ever when i log in all my info is gone, my name is different, and i have no idea hot to get it back if i can at all

    Burn cards disappeared?

    Like others, my lost atlas was not my oldest card, infact is was relatively new for my deck. I think its a glitch really as ive only lost titan cards, no other varients.

    It sounds like you may not be logging in using the correct email address. Make sure that you have the correct spelling and domain (Hotmail.com vs outlook.com, for example) and try again. If you are still having issues, you'll want to hit up our

    phone support     for further assistance. We deal with public facing information and are unable to help with billing/account related issues.

    Ive factory reset my xbox ,ive tried connecting to another wifi, ive tried changing my name, ive tried adding one of my old xbox accounts.

    I think ive tried just about every solution going on the internet.
