I think I've been banned for no reason

Sorry to hear it. If there is no suspension action at http://enforcement.xbox.com/ after clicking on the hammer icon then try doing a factory reset on the console to see if that helps. There is an option to keep
installed games and apps so there is no need to reinstall them after the fact.
