I think i wasted cash.. PLEASE HELP

I redeemed a code for Minecraft Win10 and when I tried to install it, It was already deleted or something.. What should I do about this issue. FYI I can't seem to contact Microsoft about this issue..

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your game to work as intended. I can totally understand how this could be concerning. I suggest trying the steps outlined in our support page entitled

Troubleshoot game installations on Windows 10 as preliminary troubleshooting to get to the bottom of what's going on.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know how that helped.

Just go to your order history and the game should be there to show you own it and should be able to reinstall from there

did you do what some people do and remove the original hd and put it in the xbox s unit

and yes that is a banable offence
