Discus and support I think I shouldn't have got suspended in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've been suspended for language and message I think that's not fair I'm playing a game where my teammates are always bad and they don't suspect me not...     I think I shouldn't have got suspended


    I've been suspended for language and message I think that's not fair I'm playing a game where my teammates are always bad and they don't suspect me not shouting and them,XBLPET it's not my fault when I get bad teammates and I send the maessage or when people
    are teamkilling me.Its me getting angry over my teammates if you don't give a message to criticism there way to play better they won't get better and when they said a message what provokes me I would like respond to them back.And first I would have liked a
    warning before getting my suspicions and would it ever reset or it will keep on getting worse.

    I shouldn't be suspended

    so we were playing rainbow six siege and EL3M3NTAL1TY kept team killing me for no reason

    when i asked why he didnt responed

    and he killed me again

    so i called him a C**t

    and after that i received the notice on my suspension

    i feel as he provoked the engagement i shouldn't be punished

    http://enforcement.xbox.com     to see about submitting a case review. Your warning is the code of conduct you agreed to when you signed up.

    You can try submitting a case review at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     but it doesn't matter who started it. If you retaliate in a way that violates the code of conduct, you risk being punished as well.
    thats another thing i have no option for a case review

    if it's only 24hours then yes there is no appeal because it's 24-48 hours before they get back to you and your suspension would be over

    You shouldn't retaliate online when being harassed, just report that person or block him from further abuse. If you retaliate you are using abuse as well so you risk a suspension if XBLPET investigates your activity. Read the Code of Conduct and reflect
    on your behavior.

    AAa mentioned you admitted to violating the terms of use and as smuwtches mentioned it doesn't matter who starts the fight if reported everyone will be punished for violations
