I think i never got my refund

It would depend when you placed the pre-order. Microsoft only takes the money for the pre-order 10 days before the launch date.

If you had placed the order 12 days before launch and cancelled the same day, they didnt take the money from your account.

I preoredered modern warfare but immediately regretted it so i cancelled it however i looked at my account balance in my bank and i didnt get the money, so i waited 5 buissnes days and still havent gotten my money back. Unless they dont take the
money right away and im just going crazy or im being jipped by Microsoft i need help with this

You don't see the money back, but can you see the money going out at the preorder date? Maybe you have ordered and cancelled without any money charge.

Best thing to do is to connect Microsoft support and they should be able to assist you with it

I also pre-ordered Call of duty Modern Warefare and ended up unistalling it after the money had been taken from my bank as it was trying to install on my xbox internal hardrive instead of my external, so I ended up not having the space for it to start
off with. I sooke to someone on xbox customer services and they was very helped and gave me a refund for the £59.99 I paid for it, I ended up finding it cheaper at £49.99 on amazon so placed a pre order for it again on a different website as it would not let
me re install the original pre order I placed. I suggest you go back to custoner services after double checking that you have been charged for the pre order, and say that you have not recieved a refund and they should be able to process one for you. Good luck

I put in a claim for my game because it keeps crashing im waiting to hear back from them
