    I think I losed all my gamesave from Forza Horizon 4


    Hello.

    My problem is that I recently redownloaded Forza Horizon 4 on my PC (I don't have an XBOX console) and when I started the application it throwed me the following question: `` Do you want to use the cloud data from 2 months ago or the data saved from the computer (The same day you start the application) ´´ as usual chose I choosed the most recent saved progress.

    When the game started I realized that I am starting the game from 0, having invested around 120h. Investigating online how to access the saved data, I am informed that I do not have access to this data (I mean, I cannot see my saved data from before) so my question is:

    Have I permanently lost ALL my progress or is the data still saved in the cloud? And if they are in the cloud, how do I access them to use them?

    PD:I have recently uploaded the same question but in Spanish, srry for that...

    Now I submited my ticket, and all I have is to wait (And I have read that if you don´t play to much it don´t overwrite cloud data, so I still have hope to get my old data)

    Hi.

    I clicked on the link to sign up on the ``Lost Saved Data Ticket´´ but the page don´t load.

    The thing is that I didn´t followed the thirs tep that says that I have to start fresh to submit a ticket because I think the problem is a little bit different.

    And I´m afraid that I can´t get my saved data back, because the page don´t load

    So...should I call tomorrow (Because where I live the customer support is closed at the moment) and ask for help?
