    I replace the old usb cable with the new usb cable that I have not use. It did not permanently stop the xbox one controller from spamming the left stick, right stick, and other buttons. But it seem to greatly reduce it. I’m
    getting better at playing others like call of duty: black ops 4. Maybe I get better at playing overwatch. I think this may solve the problem. The old usb cable does not look good.

    I think I have solve the problem that keep causing my xbox one controllers spamming the buttons, left stick, and right stick.

    Try performing a hard reset by pressing the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts off completely. Then unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
    Its spamming a little but it work pretty well.

    Hello Crystal,

    I am not using the Xbox App, so I don't think that's the problem. I still tried performing a clean boot and reinstalling the Xbox App, but neither did solve my issues. I purchased Just Cause 3 lately, and tried it there as well, and there I have the exact
    same problem. It doesn't recognize the triggers LT and RT on my Xbox One controller, while it works perfectly fine with my PS4 controller.

    Is there anything else that I could try?

    Thank you for solving my problems all the time.During time I've visit another community to fine some way to solution.

    And I find another player has the same problem with me.We have something in common.Our ISP are the same one.So I think this might be the problem by ISP cause I can login my account on the website.

    Well I will keep trying to login in the next few days.I will try to contact the ISP if it still don't work.



    As for why I reset my console

    cause I have encountered other problem before.Cannot turn on the game.Then I restarted the console and still failed to turn on the game.I really can't think of any other way.Then I reset the console.But hey,It did work. I can turn on the game now.Then I think reset the console can solve some problem.But this time,the problem has not solved.



    Anyway.Thank you keep solve my problem all the time.
