I think I have been false banned

You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and if the ban is eligible you can file a case review from that site. That is the only place to contact the enforcement team.

If your appeal is denied, the enforcement action and strike will remain on your account.

You can review the duration and effect of this case at any time from the Enforcement page.

I have found out why I have been banned it is because when you get suspended for saying something bad the message automatically deletes as usual but I realized when your suspension is over the person can go back to to the auto deleted message report it and get you suspended again and that is why.

Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

The only way to report someone is via your console.It can't be done on the forums or anywhere else.

If you have done that then they will be investigated but you will not be told the result of the investigation.

If they receive enforcement action you might get a thank you message but this is very rare.

Doesn't matter who starts something,if you retaliate in any way the violates the ToU/CoC you risk enforcement action.

As the enforcement team do not use the forums you need to go to the enforcement site
here for more info about your suspension & to file for a case review if eligible.

Your friends will have to do the same.

In future it is always best to just report & block anyone harassing you online.

AAnd not helpful what so ever, they literally do nothing for a case review anyways
