    i think i have a virus


    today I was just playing Xbox, and everything slowly started to run slower and slower. this has happened to me before and I just factory reseted my Xbox and it got fixed. I've already factory reseted my Xbox 2 times today and it has done nothing. also, my download speed is greatly reduced from 50mpbs to around 170kbs to 200kbs. it isn't my internet since I've already run an internet speed test and it was normal. can someone please tell me if there is a way to remove it or fix the problem if it's not a virus.

    Also when i try to sign back into my account after factory reseting it will start loading and then it wint sign me into my account so it takes a few trys
