I think i have a few ideas that won't make xbox costumers mad.

Now as directed I've come to the forums that xbox customer support team sent me too because they failed to send me a code to verify my account through my email...things to fix, GET RID OF THE AUTO RENEWAL!!! I can't tell you how many times this has happened
to me on my xbox live subscription, every time i get xbox live and run out it somehow manages to get bought automatically when i ask myself how is this possible...and why was I on the phone with the support team for an hour when nothing in the future got fixed?
I'm tired of turning the auto renewal off only for it to get glitched on and buy another months worth when it runs out...I have bills more important then xbox live so when it's off make it stay off for good.....in fact get rid of it so there's no problems
at all. I get put into the negatives just because of a surprise online charge....it's not that i don't understand you telling me every time I buy a months worth it turns back on or any subscription...but why is that even an option to default back too, your
kind of making it possible for this to happen xbox please fix it.

Would be a simple thing to add in a software update. (Defrag/disk cleanup) If nothing else it would make a lot of people including me feel better to have that option when I think it's running slow or the game becomes a little glitchy. Just add the option
already MS, Wouldn't hurt anything, make everyone that believes it is needed happy. Happy costumers = positive comments to potential costumers and that = more sales of XBOX ONE, correct!?

If you just have half of the US and most of europe you still make good sells.

I think this gen is about US costumers and Europe costumers.

2014 will be about japan.

Gaming grows in Europe and Microsoft and Sony know this.

 

I agree it should not turn back on each time you resubscribe, but you are warned when you purchase gold that it does turn back on and the cost when it renews.

You also receive an email when its about to expire.

 

yeah there codes they send me in the email don't reach my email that's what im usually on xbox customer support talking about with them....like it happened today and i still haven't received my code so i can turn that off....which is why for all future problems
it should be turned off, because i read it and i was aware of it it's just not allowing me to turn it off and that's there problem if there codes don't reach me.

 

You could always go the prepaid option as auto renew always stays off when you redeem a prepaid code.

 

by them saying there's a warning already tells me it shouldn't be on there because theirs a problem.

You can turn off auto renew via this site.

You can turn it off as soon as you have paid,so you have at least a month each time to figure out how to turn it off.

If you are not receiving the codes via email you could always add a phone number to your proofs.

 

Ehh, I went to subscriptions to turn it off and there wasn't any option to do so. Maybe it's been fixed. I bought a 12-month code for $39 so I input it prior to the auto-renewal date.
